O Arquivo.pt é uma infraestrutura de investigação da Unidade FCCN da Fundação Ciência e Tecnologia que permite pesquisar e aceder a páginas da ‘web’ arquivadas desde 1996.
A ‘web’ é uma parte essencial da memória digital da humanidade. Ela reflete o desenvolvimento tecnológico, mas também as ideias, debates e movimentos sociais da era digital.
Arquivar páginas da ‘web’ ajuda a preservar o património digital, mitigando a desinformação, garantindo assim que as gerações futuras possam entender como o mundo evoluiu.
